Interlaboratory Comparisons

The Environment Agency Austria (Umweltbundesamt) offers, together with IFA-Tulln, Proficiency Testing for Water Analysis. Every year around 20 proficiency testing rounds are planned. 

Analytical laboratories, civil engineering offices and quality control laboratories can use the proficiency tests of the EAA as an independent, external quality control.

The Environment Agency Austria offers proficiency tests in several matrices every year. 

If you have specific requests for proficiency testing schemes, please contact us. We will try to accommodate them if there is sufficient interest.

The Environment Agency Austria offers inter-laboratory comparison exercise (IE) for the determination of PM mass concentration using the reference gravimetric method (ÖNORM EN 12341).
